Our Feminist Transformational Leadership (FTL) training with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) sparked powerful shifts, as reflected directly by participants across seven African countries. Many celebrated a profound enhancement in their leadership, with one 42% of the participants noting that the training significantly reshaped their leadership style. Participants left with an increased capacity for intersectional and inclusive leadership, ready to embed feminist principles directly into humanitarian action and create more just and equitable outcomes within IRC's operations.
